Can I track my order?

We'll update you once your order is shipped with all the shipping details so you can track its delivery.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly.

If the wrong shipping address is provided, please contact us at sales@ecocclo.com.au immediately.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a small time gap to correct/change the address of your order and cannot guarantee the change.

If the parcel is shipped with the incorrect address the courier may not accept an address change.

If the parcel is returned and the buyer requests to reship the parcel additional shipping fees may be applied.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we know returning an item can be disappointing so we’ve made this as easy as possible.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You’ll need to cover the cost of return postage.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

we cannot accept returns on gift items, however, we offer a full credit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

ECOCCLO backpacks have a 5-year Warranty.

This warranty means that we are happy to make repairs needed to fix any damage caused by normal use.

If any of our products fail as a result of defects in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace them with alike item free of charge and ship it back to you

Manufacturing Defects

The following variables are considered to be manufacturing defects and are covered under the ECOCCLO 5-YEAR Warranty:

  • Split seams
  • Broken snaps
  • Broken zippers

Accidental Damage

The following variables are considered accidental damage control also known as normal wear and tear and are not covered under the ECOCCLO Warranty:

Stains

Fading and/or discoloration due to improper care, waxing and/ or excessive sun exposure

Melted zippers, fabric rips, tears and/or cuts

Fabric abrasion and/or fabric pilling

If you have a warranty claim, simply send us an email with proof of receipt, few photos and a description of the problem to sales@ecocclo.com.au
